Are your support e-mails getting lost with junk mail? Looking to use new technology to your advantage? Then a helpdesk ticketing system might be the trick. Hey, good day folks, I’m André Garvogue, your friendly host here for CareerFH! Helpdesk ticketing system also known as help desk software, helpdesk software, open-source ticket system, open-source ticketing system is platform that allows businesses (large or small), organizations or non-profits corporation to resolves problems.
Instead of using an e-mail address such as support@yoursite.com, which can lead to miscommunication because the e-mail may be filtered out by the spam filters (which accidently happens), a helpdesk ticketing system solution allows communication to happen seamlessly. It also gets rid of the pointless chat, like an e-mail saying: "Thank you" should not be in a support e-mail inbox. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to get positive feedback but if your company grows very large, when you scale it up, that one e-mail can become a thousand e-mails.
How much time will take to open all those other non-business related issues?
These will clutter your inbox from the real problems that you have to solve. First the user would go on your support page, fill out their information with the issue, chose a priority level and select to which department this ticket should be assign, such as billing, sales, technical support, etc. The sky's the limit every part can be customizable and tailored to your business needs. Once the issue has been logged in the helpdesk ticketing system, a notification will appear on your end. The ticket can be assign, re-assigned, you can see the status, if it's been resolved or not, you can escalate it and another cool feature is that it tracks everything making it pretty easy to view and analyze reports.
When the ticket has been answered, the helpdesk ticketing system will automatically send an e-mail to the client to let them know the issue has been looked after that they can log in to the helpdesk ticketing system to view the results. Say the client didn't get any e-mails after a couple days (it may be filtered out) but the client can still go see the status of their tickets by logging into the help desk software. There are many different support ticket systems that exist but from my experience the two most popular helpdesk ticketing system that I know of are Zendesk.com and OSTicket.com.
Zendesk is very popular amongst a lot of internet marketers and software developers. Basically it's what the pros use. They've got affordable solutions for businesses but if you're just starting out then I'd consider another option.
My personal recommendation would be to go with the open-source ticket system OSTicket.com as it's an open-source platform and you get "more bang for the buck".
They have a free version and a paid version of the OSTicket open-source platform called "Support System". The free version you'd have to maintain everything, figure out everything, how it works, etc. You got to be somewhat tech savvy to do this but you'd still have to have our own servers which cost money. It's way more to time consuming and there's a multitude of problems that can arise, like what if the systems crashes or there's an update to the software, what about the back ups, you'd be responsible to maintain all that. It's an option but you've got to consider the value of your time to play around with all the "trial and error" stuff.
Your systems and follow-ups are too important to be "lost" in a programming accident. Whereas their paid version, it's $9 USD per month per agent and they take care of everything (hosting, training, support, guaranteed up time, daily backups, etc.).
You have access to a team of experts for support, which is peace of mind. Especially as a business owner, you've already got so much on your plate, you don't need a helpdesk ticketing system issue.

Next, let's talk about Zoho desk, you may be familiar with Zoho as a customer relationship management tool, but they also make a support solution for customer interactions. Zoho desk includes a lot of The Usual Suspects like a shared inbox and a knowledge-based tool.
They also have more advanced offerings like AI, assisted response and advanced automations for things like conversation, sorting and tagging, if you're currently using other Zoho products like the CRM tool, Zoho desk integrates seamlessly with them. Soho desk's AI enabled chatbot Xia is also impressive. It processes, questions that directs customers to specific knowledge-based articles converts chats into trackable tickets, identifies sentiment flagging any negatives and alerts managers about unhelpful Solutions. The platform also has an advanced response: editor with Snippets and intuitive keyboard, shortcuts, making it easier for agents to respond to customer inquiries. However, there are more advanced features and even some basic ones like live chat are only offered on their highest cost Enterprise plans, which could be over budget for some teams. There is a free plan available, and the paid plans start at 14 per user per month when built annually.
Next, we have Freshdesk functions as a One-Stop shop for customer support teams. It really shines when it comes to ticket assignment, and you can assign tickets based on an agent's skill set or workload or just distribute tickets evenly across your team. No more taking time out of your agent's day to ask about their bandwidth before dishing out tickets. Freshdesk unifies all its support channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger email and more via fresh chat, keeping tickets and conversations in one place with built-intime. Tracking entire teams can also track how long they spend with customers and work towards improving resolution times.
The app can also turn responses to customers into knowledge-based articles making. It super easy to build a help center without manually building out a new q. A page Freshdesk comes in at a much lower price point. It even has a free plan, making it a more affordable option for small businesses. The paid plan starts at 15 per user per month built annually. Next, we have intercom the customer messaging platform places focus on enabling companies to build genuine relationships with clients through each stage of the sales funnel using intercom users can communicate with clients via email, live chat, push notifications and in that messaging, these options enable companies, large and Small to reach the right people on every platform at the right moment, another great intercom feature is that it allows users to create comprehensive knowledge bases. Thus, clients can easily and quickly find the answer to complex and simple questions without needing to speak with a customer service.
Representative, of course, intercom's messaging capabilities also make it easy for clients to connect with agents when necessary. An advanced feature intercom offers is the in-depth report that the company receives each time. A client issue is resolved. This information helps organizations revisit the knowledge base and make changes to help documents as necessary and for the pricing. Intercoms pricing is based on seats and reach. Knocking that's the way you're going to need to do this right. These folks will be hard to get on the phone so most likely you're not going to get many appointments. Companies and agencies, reselling, leads or redistributing leads are just being greedy and I hate to say it. I first got licensed: it was a lot more common to see or hear of agents who would literally just you know, walk up and down the street knocking on doors talking to people about life insurance again.

Even today, kind of the way I see it, you've got to really work, in the right, neighborhoods and make sure that you're not violating any local ordinances or Community rules and don't expect to earn six figures. Door knocking it just isn't going to happen. Mid Tolo income neighborhoods are probably the best places to do cold canvasing and, as of like the, making of this video you can even buy alit of names with addresses with these lists the vendor can show you how to put them in an Excel file and list the names and addresses in order By Street and by house so now you can group and down the street with the list in hand and, in the exact order house by house trust me. When you know the name of the person who owns the house, it is definitely a lot easier and now you can even show them like break out a Blankley lead card.
You know show it to this. Prospect and use that as an opener to get in your sales presentation. For those of you who either have money to invest or are at least serious enough about their insurance sales business to consider getting a business loan, thankfully you don't have to do any of the activities that I just shared I'm one of those people who believes that there are two types of insurance Agents who can sell and are willing to invest, money into their business and agents who may let's just say aren't sure about their sales. Abilities or. Maybe simply, I don't know, haven't developed, the proper skill set for success and know that the need to be careful about how much they invest into the business. What I'm getting at is there are companies like mine, where you can get full commissions and if you say Doug, what do I need to do to get like 20 appointments per day.
We can easily make that happen, and it's really all about the money. It's about what you got about. What youkan affords about what you're willing to spends now, instead of stepping over dollars to pick up pennies you're, making multiple presentations every single day and here's the thing not even having, to leave your home to do it and when you go to the family Barbecue, you won't be watching you. Friends and family avoid you like the plague which is believe it or not. It is what happens: with most agents who work their warm Market, the warm Market gets smaller and smaller and smaller and the next thing. You know you're that guy thither all want to avoid.

They get you; you want to address your audience with who they are, so I work with mature creators mostly, but not exclusively so most of the time we're referring to some things, from the past that we all relate to. We might bring up certain news or stories or TV shows if you work with Travelers, you may want to talk about traveling, whether it's a plane or RVs and then. You want to give them some sort of identity with you.
So, I call my people, creators and then you might want to call your people a name and you may not have one. Now, it's okay, it doesn't have to stop you from making the video but it's something.

The point of this video is to give you a new and fresh understanding. How well do you feel like your understanding of NLP is, if you feel like you, have a very solid understanding or if you felt you don't feel like you much of an understanding of it at all. That'S what we're focused on is your experience of your life, so the most important understanding is understanding that your life is subjective. Now, what do I mean by that? It means that there's no way that you could possibly know objective reality that everything that you're experiencing is as subjective, and that word itself experience is. It means that your it is subjective, because your experience is your experience and then everyone else's experiences or their experience, but you can't experience something without it being an experience, so I think just kind of goes in a loop on top of itself over and over that.
What you're experiencing is an experience now in NLP they say that NOP is a study of the structure of subjective experience and later in a book John Grenier said well, you know we could have left out the subjective, because experience is subjective.
There is no such thing as having an objective experience.
We can study things like we do in science, and we can try it as much as possible to find some sort of objective truth about what it is that we're studying. But we can never ever get beyond the fact that even the interpretation of that objective information or that objective truth has to pass through our subject of subjective senses and our subjective filters, like our beliefs and our thoughts about what it is that we're interpreting. So, this is how it is possible that two people or more can look at the same set of facts but create totally different interpretations of it, totally different meanings of it or draw different conclusions or and even make different categories for it. An understanding this that your life is a subjective experience that opens many doors and many opportunities to create the life experience that you want to have and that's what NLP is really all about and how we do that is through Modelling.
So if someone is having a an experience of life that you want say that they're happy they're, successful, they're doing things that that you want to be doing well within Opia. As we go to the structure of this, we don't go to that person and say: how exactly are you so happy? How exactly are you successful? Not that we wouldn't answer asked that question, but that's not we're not looking for the content, because if you went and asked today Einstein if you were still alive, how did you become so smart?
Well, he could probably tell you how he thinks he became so smart, but he wouldn't actually know there's not a way that you can actually know a lot of the things that you are able to do well or even the things that you're not able to do. Well, they sort of just happened and then in retrospect we can go back and say well, I think this is why or this you know this happened, but what we do in NLP is we go to the structure we go well, what's actually happening? What is the sensory input that you're getting, and how is that sensory input categorizes? How?
How is that sensory input selected or how is it interpreted, that's how we're looking at the world and how we're looking at a person's experience is. What is that structure that creates that it can only be based in sensory based experience, because we're not going into the content the? Why? The the the reasons we think that these things have occurred, we're going to the structure of them. So, to summarize, this first understanding just know that your experience of your life is subjective. The good part about that is that your life is not unchanging.
You can change your life by understanding how you're structuring it internally, which is mostly unconscious. So when you really understand that your life, your experience of your life and you are all in a subjective experience, then just from that understanding alone, you become more flexible, you become more malleable. Now all you need to learn is how this structure works. There are many parts to the structure and again all of this that I'm talking about all of these points that I'm talking about can be expanded into entire trainings on their own. But we're going to we're goon and keep to the larger chunks, the broader strokes, and that's why I want to talk about beliefs. Beliefs are the most powerful filters that you have in your life, because what you believe then tends to create your life experience, and what you believe about yourself is has the greatest effect on what creates your reality.
So, what I'm pointing at is your sense of self. Your self-concept now you can have beliefs about the world and the limitation you can have limiting beliefs about the world and, yes, that will affect you, but your limiting beliefs are your empowering beliefs about yourself are going to have the greatest effect on your entire life within Lap we learn how we create these structures that we call beliefs. We often refer to them in NLP as generalizations. So, when you understand how you create generalizations, especially the ones you make about yourself, then you can change it.
So, yes, you can literally change yourself in moments by understanding how you create the beliefs you have about yourself and changing them. So, of course, we want to take limiting beliefs and change them into empowering beliefs, especially at the direction of what it is that we desire or whatever it is that we envision about what we want our life to be like. So when you understand all of this, which is a lot here, what I'm talking about, it's eliciting your values around what you want and then it's understanding. What do you believe about that? But, more importantly, what do you believe about yourself?
Because what you believe about yourself, like I said, has the greatest effect on what you experience in your reality. So understand that, and then your life can really change when you start changing these beliefs. So, to summarize, what NLP actually is it's about learning that structure of your experience that subjective structure? And we do that through language? We do that through the five senses, and we do that through understanding the beliefs that we create about ourselves and about the world, which we also call generalize. A and all of this is what we're discovering is how we internally represent reality, because your sense of reality, like I said earlier in the video, is not based on objectivity. It's based on you taking all of this information, that's coming in from around you through your five senses and internally representing it and how that process happens.
That's the structure that I'm talking about and yes through learning NLP, you absolutely can understand how that structure is created, and you can change it. One of the things that I like about NLP the most is that it's not a Dogma.
It's not it's not there to tell you how to live your life or what's the right way to do things all it's there to do is to help you understand how you're creating your life experience understand that structure. So then you can change it at will and ultimately create the experiences in life that you want to experience and I'll go even further than that to create the overall life experience you want to experience, which is how do I want to experience myself and how do I want to experience the world around me and it's a beautiful process because it never quite ends the more you learn, the more you change things, the more you improve your life, the more potential you see to do that and NLP has the tools work consistently. No matter where you are in your life, no matter how down you are or how successful you are.
Nip tools continue to work, and I've been doing this for several years now. So, a prime example, but I'm not the only one. There are several people in this world who just continue to use NLP tools to improve their lives, the experience of life that you want to live so now you know some basic understandings of NLP, but what you don't know is how to directly apply it in your Life, I was talking in very broad, strokes and generalizations.
